Cinglenet offers support to customers who choose not to enter into a contracted support agreement. This option is more expensive ($105/hr) than contracted support, because standard checks aren't performed under the contracted monthly rate. However, this option may be more convenient for those who do not want long-term support. All services Cinglenet provides are available to customers who choose non-contracted support with the exception of remote backup and web/email hosting. This includes:
- Network setup and repair
- Workstation, server, software, and equipment setup, service, and repair
- Data recovery
- Virus and malware removal
